Just joined. I have 3 hens but have to rehome them due to a complaint. Grew up with all sorts of animals. Wanted to try backyard chickens as a hobby for myself and my 5 yr old. We incubated eggs from my sister and hatched 6 chicks. Kept 3. The others went back to my sister in LA. We love our hens and would love to keep them but it’s just not possible right now.

I feel your pain. Nosey neighbors and an HOA letter detailed us in 2020. Hope you get to keep chickens someday soon!

I had to drive to Pflugerville yesterday…nice area.
