Hi from Shelby Township, MI

We used to live in Shelby and just moved up near Indianwood. Both are beautiful places.

I've spoken with several people from the Twp. over the years, and there is definitely an ordinance against them. See http://library.municode.com/index.aspx?clientId=13418 Section 3.02.

If you don't mind my asking and if you got a name, I would be interested in speaking with the person who you spoke with (you could PM me the name if you have one). Either they changed the ordinance (doubtful), or they don't know their own ordinance. It would be great if I could get some hens without worry, but until I know I'm in the clear, I won't chance it.
