I am from South Georgia and my son just got 3 hens for his beginner flock. He has a 5 year old and a 2 year old he is currently raising by himself in the country on 10 acres. I am so excited about him and the kids raising chickens and I’ve been helping him with resources and info since I was raised on farm and we had chickens when I was small. He bought a chicken tractor on Amazon and yesteday started building a coop out of an old dog pen.

It's nice to know you are minutes away from getting help with questions and emergencies! I always check in the "What's New" section as well at the top of this page.
