I have be raising chickens since I was about 13yrs old I am now 47 and for some reason still doing it. Right now I have 13 Hens and a Rooster, 10 Rhode Island Red Hens and 3 Golden Laces Wyndottes, And the Rooster is who knows what. I learned about this site from some friends on facebook. I hope to gain a lot of knowledge while here. I work full time as a firefighter and my hobbies are the weather and anything to do with self reliance.
