Hi, 4 weeks new to chickens and loving the experience so far. I can sit and watch for hours. I'm not sure what kinds of chicks I have yet but after lurking here for a bit, I've figured out that 4 are the Cornish X's.

They are the sweetest birds I have, I love how they come running when they hear my voice already! I know that they're looking for food, water or treats but still....

4 are RIR's and the others, well, just not sure yet. I also have 8 bantams, 2 I believe are black silkies, 4 are grey? 1's just black and 1 looks like a chipmunk.

Thanks everyone, I still have lots to learn but I have a feeling that this is the best place to ask questions!

welcome all the way from Ocala,if you got any pics of the chicks in question, post them here somebody will tell you what they are

Not yet on the mangoes but we just moved onto our property less than a year ago so we aren't done planting. It was just vacant land, the only good things growing here was the bamboo and oaks. We've got a little garden going now and soon, (I hope) we'll start planting some of the bigger trees and landscaping.
