I recently purchased a few chickens and this site has really helped me along the way. Great information on here!

Here are my four girls and coop. They are about 6 weeks old. We were supposed to have recieved 4 Buff Orpingtons but I think we got Rhode Island Red somehow.

3 buffs and one red. Actually better for you so you can compare.

I am actually glad we ended up with the red. She's my kids favorite and I think we are going to get another one and two silkies.

Thanks for the welcome

Beautifull set up all you need now is to run some hardware cloth from ground up to about 18" high around the fencing to prevent raccoons from reaching in and pulling chickens thru the chicken wire and eating off anything they can get. Chicken wire keeps chickens in, but, no predators out.
