Hi From washington stae!

I don't have poultry cell, but I do have poultry nutri-drench and VetRx. Which on would be better to add to the water ?
Nutridrench is probably the better one to use. It has a good variety of vitamins and minerals in it. How is her poop? What color, consistency? Any white urates staining her butt feathers? Is her comb pale?

Her comb and wattles are a nice and red, no pale color at all. Her poop is normal, no worms that I can see moist and green ( from all the grass she eats) it has form to it like a normal dropping good size, not mushy or runny no blood a little white on it. Sorry thos was in the coop she pooped it so I grabbed it with the shovel and set it on the ground to take a picture. So there are shavings on it. Her tips are white and dark have been since winter she got a frost bite damage this last winter.

Thanks for this info. Does she lay ok, does she lay every day and has she been a daily layer all her life?

Yes everyday like clock work. 730 am no later then 830 am. Everyday. Since she started laying at 23 weeks old. Well other than when she decided to molt in the middle of winter that is. Her eggs are beautiful. The shells are strong usually have to hit them pretty hard to get them to crack, they are big and robust. No discoloration no extra calcuim spots no ripples. She is just low in weight. I am going to grab the wormer this week I have nutri-drench I'll add to the water and I have canned tuna I will feed her until I can get a better brand if layer feed. I'm not sure on what to use but I'll find something with higher protein levels

Production breeds that lay every day are subject to laying disorders and reproductive cancers, which is generally what kills them at such a young age. Laying every day takes a toll on a hens body and will shorten their lifespans. 2 or 3 years is generally as long as a high production layer gets out of life. I am not a vet so I can't be quoted on diagnosis here, however judging from your description of her, not really showing any signs of outward illness, she's still active and eating, etc..., it's possible she is burning out now, she may have some sort of reproductive cancer, hence the weight loss. Since you have never wormed her, you might still give that a try. You can also take a poop sample in to most regular vets office and they can get it tested for parasites. You might also post in our Emergency forum for more opinions, some of the members that help there are extremely knowledgeable.... https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures.10/

Nutri-drench is good when they need a boost, such as when a human might drink an electrolyte drink. Poultry Cell is more akin to taking multi vitamins. I don't know that VetRX has any nutritional value.
