(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I have had backyard chickens several times in the past. Moved to Vancouver Wa. for a year came back and starting up wanting to have some silky chickens again.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

(3) What breeds do you have?
I have two cute cute silkies! Both are Partridge color I think. Tumbleweed is the rooster and Sage is the hen.

Surfing the web.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love to sand paint.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Have 2 whippet dogs, One cat. 2 goats, and a sweet lady turkey called Blue Bell. Live with friend on a small farm with my hubby Les. On the farm is many goats, one horse, several cats. Other chickens. I am disabled. I LOVE ANIMALS. They make my day happy!!
I am trying buy more silky hens or chicks if I can't find hens. I want several differant colors. Anybody know where I can get some? I saw one breeder but $20.00 a unsexed chick is way above my pocket book!
