Hi I'm a newbie, have kept 4 buff Sussex hens in the past but have just aquired 6 farmyard mix chicks about 4 weeks old. The weather has been very mild so they are out in the run all day but brought in at night at the moment. Really eager to find out what breed and sex they will be as I'm really after egg layers.
