Reason why is that they have Black eyes... Since they were born and they are healthy as well.... what kind of breed is this ?

I have a blue copper Marans with eyes like this. It’s really a dark brown but looks completely black. It’s cute on her. Makes her look animated in a way. I believe yours is a black copper marans so perhaps it’s a Marans trait. Handsome boy!!!

good australorps also have dark/black eyes, plus they also have clean legs like your rooster.
maybe a lorp mix?
