I don't know how that happened. Too bad it's not an image of the Virgin Mary. You could make some money.

The strangest eggs we've gotten were a series (from the same hen, now deceased) of eggs without a hard shell. And one young hen who laid a robin sized egg one day. We never opened it to see what was inside. Just threw it into the compost for the critters.
 
Ps thanks for the welcomes. I have a crazy flock of silkies Sussex auracanas, Faveroles, Americaunas , austolrpes, Hampshire reds, barred rocks and lots of oeb's. Plus my beloved Cochins! I did have a jungle Saipan that a rat snake took down this year as well. So sad now we have electrified around the base of the house after that.
