Microwave Girl
In the Brooder
Hello everyone,
I live in northwest Indiana with 11 chickens, most about a year old. They have a large coop and a good size run, but I don't let them free range because I've got a hawk pair nesting just west of my yard. Ongoing project: figuring out how to add more greenery/bugs/interest to my run, since I can't let the girls out. This is my second flock. I love chickens so much: especially the way they involve themselves in whatever I'm doing.
Nice to meet you all. I'm excited to get started.
