Hi!!!! Help me pass the time! Why I wait to get my new chicken ( I included why I'm taking this chicken )

So I have a flock of 6 one year old birds 3 six week olds and four 3 weeks olds my friend keeps a lot of chickens she had a lot of Roos who hurt a hen this is how they hurt her one would mate and then another and all seven in a row it really hurt her leg she has kept this chicken in a dog kennel for weeks she can't put the chicken back so I offered to take her she will be in a little coop with her own little run next to the big coop and run where I keep my flock once they get used to each other they will live together she is a bluelaced Wyandotte I don't know when she is bringing her and I'm tired of waiting help me pass the time tell me anything about your flock ask questions about mine comment on breeds or anything!!!

I have four jersey giants two buff Orpingtons two calico Cochins one frizzle Cochin and four silkies thanks for asking what breeds do you have?!!!

Good news I got her about 30 minutes ago!!! She is sweet but scared of me my other chickens that I raised are lap chickens but she's not it will take awhile I'm sure however I'm thrilled to have her!

I got ten from a friend and only one isn’t scared of me it breaks my heart a bit But chicks are coming marans Wyandottes and Americanas galore plus a backyard mix from my flock

It took s month to get the rooster I adopted to sit in my lap by choice hope she will be a lap chicken before that!!!
