I’m new to this group. I have chickens, ducks and turkeys. I will be harvesting some ducks soon and was looking for the best ways to do it. I already know the basics as I have harvested chickens.

Hello and Welcome to BYC. All I know to do with ducks is to make sure there is some Dawn or similar dish washing detergent in the scalding water to make them pluck easier. Some duck owners that process should be along soon to guide you better.
