Good morning! My name is Kristina, I live in Upstate NY and
my friend is a part of this group and has me getting into the backyard chicken adventure and I’m so excited!!! I just moved to an agricultural area where livestock is allowed so I’m very excited to get started! My dream would be to someday own chickens, ducks, and possibly a pair of alpaca. I love to knit, crochet, cook, bake, and learn as many DIY things as I can. I have been married for 8 years and I have 2 boys - ages 5 and 2 - and another little boy due this October!

I’m looking at my first coop today and planning to take in 3 little chickies that my friend is graciously housing until their new home is all ready.

I’m looking forward to learning all about this new lifestyle and getting to know many of you!
