Hi I am a new member!!!

I am a new member as well as a new mom to my girlies, I only have three and they are 5 months old, They have laid or should I say dropped a couple of eggs and I need help getting them to lay in the right place..Should I take their pole out of the coop?? Also I live in New England and need some pointers on how to keep them comfy for the winter...
