Hi,
I have French Black Copper Marans, 4 hens and 1 rooster in my backyard coop.
I LOVE them! They are too young to lay eggs yet but I am looking forward to it.
They say that the Copper Maran's eggs are the most delicious in the world. I am waiting to see.

I never have, I just read that about them pretty much everywhere.
They are beautiful anyway, and so gentle too.
