I have been researching like mad and I ordered a book - Fresh Eggs Daily: Raising Happy, Healthy Chickens...Naturally - for more info.

Right now my head is spinning but I am having fun. I picked out a coop to build and figured out where I want my coop/run to be and plan on a larger run too. FF, DL... I'm figuring out a good watering system for me to use right now.

I need to choose my breeds still. My list has changed, and grown! I still only want to have 3-5 hens though.

I am enjoying the site and the Texas thread.
