I would imagine she fits the description of starlight green egger.
They are mixed breeds, like easter eggers, so feather color and pattern, comb, and skin color would be unpredictable.

Glad to meet you. The bird looks just like my golden buffs. But my birds lay mid-brown eggs, about the color of the Rhode Island Red in the photo.
