Hi I have a 2 days old duckling that we hatched in an incubator. She doesn’t want to eat anything! What should I do?

Welcome to BYC chickens do not eat as soon as they hatch
They have like two days on the shell protien Ducks may be the same

Is the duckling active? What heat source are you using in the brooder?

I've never raised ducks but there are many on BYC that have, Ducks

Is it by itself? They can absorb yolk for a few days. What food are you providing? Is it drinking?
Whatever food, I would make a mash (wet it). Keep it by the water. Dip the tip of the duck's bill in the water and the food.
