Large brooder help

Just built this brooder and just wanting to double check that I'm not missing anything. Getting 37 babies Tuesday, freshly hatched starting them in the small section for a few days then will be removing the partition and puppy pads and adding pine shavings.

Brooder plate is higher on one end than the other and is already plugged in.

I am using those wire panels to cover the whole thing. They just aren't over the prepared section in the picture.

It looks great, but 37 chicks will outgrow that within about two weeks.

Do you have a coop or growout pen they can go to then?

Yes I do. I have a couple little nit picky details to finish on the coop but will be done by next weekend. This is 1 sq ft per chick so should be good in here for 2-3 weeks I think.
