Hi I have a question regarding my easter eggers

I have 2 easter eggers one has a bald spot on her back the other around her neck at first I thought bullying but nothibg is bleeding thrn I thought mites but I checked them and nothing so what can cause this? I spray one with the chicken purple spray so no pecking but she has been this way for months so question will vetericyn poultry care work? She is eating dronking and kaying

Do you have other chickens that might be bullying them or a rooster as in rooster damage

Is skin condition light pink and smooth or angry red?
