Haha well I joined in August this year but it keeps prompting me to introduce myself so here I am. I don't own any chickens, I own 1 beautiful golden quail who lays a lot of delicious eggs. I have a passion for birds, parrots and finches in particular. I am still a student in 8th grade; trying to balance out time caring for my bird and time spent studying. So far, the forums have been really informative and the overall community is great.
Welp, I don't have much else to say so I'm ending right here.

I love quail too!! I used to keep lots of Bobwhites, they sure are fun little birds to keep.

Welcome, you are like me...I have my chicken coop but am still deciding on the breed, if I want day old chicks, or try to incubate eggs or buy an already laying hen...but I have 2 tuxedo pied button quail that are so cute and 2 society finch that have laid eggs, 6 zebra finch that love to all sleep in one nest and 8 parakeets! So if you have any finch advice, I will take it!
