We live in South Florida so I’m concerned about the heat. They are still inside under a heating lamp at 75 degrees and almost ready for the coup

No they are fine now under the heat lamp - it’s perfect. I meant when they are ready to go into the coop outside in the Florida heat. Yes I wanted them!

Temperature in a Florida January should never be a problem for 3 week old chicks. Just make sure they have a warm spot and lots of cool space and relax. The whole space doesn't have to be warm.

I thought you were worried about the temperature now.
Given enough shade and ventilation, most breeds should be fine.
If they are very cold hardy breeds they could suffer. What are they?
