My friend got me some chicks 16, as a gift. They were sent to me and 6 have died. The other 10 are 4 weeks now. I believe I have at least one Easter Egger rooster. I think the rest are hens. They are supposed to be. This picture is my one Houdan Chicken..I hope is a hen.
Anyway, Im glad to be here. I love my chicks and have alot to learn.

Thank you...I would like to know if I can feed my 4 week olds meal worms as a treat. How much per chick is ok?

Yes you can offer them mealworms at their age. 4 week olds need to focus on their starter feed, so only allow them a tiny bit once a day. Treats should only make up 10% of the diet. Anything water soluble does not require grit, mealworms will disolve and pass right through. Young chicks can be leary of new foods, sometimes, sometimes not, it can take a while to eat new things. Enjoy your babies! :-)
