I'm also starting a small business / hatchery and honestly in working in canva.com on my business card so if you need to find out where to make one that's were I'm in the process of making mine. I'm planning on breeding back the black brichen marans back to being a more popular breed and less rare im also planning on selling Polish and white Sussex maybe black copper marans or salmon faverolles and a few other breeding im hoping to make my own article on hatching and all the tips I've heard or read over the past few months into the ultimate how to incubate type thing. I do have one on quail as well.
