Oh yes they are certainly addictive, and other fowl are just as addictive, if not more so. Just be prepared if you feel the need to expand lol. Anyways welcome!

Yes chickens are extremely addictive and I have to say I'm thinking of getting another 6-8, although that would have to be it - DEFINITELY! Considering some blue egg layers to add to my happy band. Have been looking into Cotswold Legbars and Crested Cream Legbars and some of the hybrids like the Skyline and Chalkhill Blue.
But need to resolve my 'containment' issues before I expand. One of my dogs had a very nasty experience with Omlet fencing - great shame as I had thought it would solve all my problems. Posted a thread about this.
So will be searching the forum for solutions to these and other questions!
