It's possible. Her poop is sort of thin looking so I would speculate inflammation in the intestines.
You de-wormed her according to instructions on the bottle right, so I would think those are not the problem.
She may have something else going on but treating for Coccidiosis would be the next thing I would try.
I will look for coccidiosis treatment available here, specially the ones you advised. I was told to deworm my chicken cos her poop is watery. But after doing so, she still has water in her poop but has like a shade of pink. And then the next day its gone but still has watery poo.
