5 off my 7 eggs hatched

hopefulky the other 2 also hatch. Im gona let my selfmade incubator rest a bit and then put bout 30eggs in as it was just a tral 2 c how my incubator would work. Ive got 1 question though. 1 of my chics struggles 2 walk and its almost as if it has "stiff" legs. Can i do something bout it or what should i not do? Pls advice

Im just scared they dont get enough air and oxygen in the incu

I had planned to put mine under my broody hen after they hatched and so had not set up a brooder at all for them. Of course the hen then decided they were mice or something lol and attacked them leaving me with no plan b.

So the first one hatched on the very start of day 21 and the second about 12 hours later. Then I waited another 12 hours to try and slip them under the hen at night which didnt work. I then waited another about 24 hours to try a second time just before dark which again failed. They then went that night and the next day I made a temporary brooder from and old fish tank. So all up they spent about 2 1/2 days in the incubator I guess without food or water. My incubator just has two small air vents and I took out all the water to stop the high humidity.

Oh but should add a disclaimer, I had a 48 egg incubator with two chicks.
