If you get little chics you will need a brooder of some sort and a lamp to keep them warm. Well, I dont know how warm it is where you are living but it is not too warm here yet

and a thermometer for the brooder

95* for first week of life and 5* less each week untill they get all their feathers

and for when they get older a feeder and a waterer that are up off the floor a bit
