Hi! I'm new!

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. There are NO dumb questions at Backyard Chickens.
People learn by asking questions - we all dog. No one here has ALL the answers but, if we don't know we will steer you to someone who may had an answer for you.

One thought... before you ask a question, it is best to do a forum search. You may find more complete answers there. Sometimes if it is a common question people may be tired of answering it and give short answers because they still want to be helpful. At the top there is a "search forum" to click on. Then ask the question in the box. The amount of information and advice already on this site is mind blowing! :bow

I've been stalking this forum for a while, actually, and trying to find all my information that way. I was hearing mixed in a few things so I asked some questions. But yes,I've done multiple forum searches since I joined, and do research on other sites as well.
