My husband and I just got 13 baby chicks! I had chickens when I was a kid, but didn't really do much with them besides collect the eggs. Looking forward to learning lots from you guys!

Thanks everyone!.
We have a few different breeds, White leghorns, Black Australorps, Easter Eggers and Buff Orpington. We also have one Salmon Faverolle. Only one because he only had straight run of those and didn't want to end up with 3 male!
We are doing great so far, I did have 2 with what I think is pasty butt. The Salmon, which is good now, but one of the black Australops still has a clump. I got the vent clean, but there's still a clump stuck. I just keep working on it with warm water and a cotton ball.
