Hi my chicken became broody for the first time I looked at her egg and the chick was moving but I noticed the beak or something in the air bag is this normal ??

Okay great thank you xyes, this is very normal, in fact its a good thing, that means that your chick will hatch soon! Basically, the chick pokes its beak through into the air sac, and absorbs the air inside, and then the chick will hatch not too long after that, although it could still take a few hours/days
Great thank you xYes it’s normal if it’s time for hatching. As the chick prepares to hatch it internally pips into the air sac to breathe oxygen. Once the oxygen becomes low & the C02 high that causes then chick to then make its external pip in the shell.
