You simply need to use the contact us button and communicate with them. They do the rest. You just need to give them your old email first. It's not that hard really. They can fix it and I think be happy to accommodate. I trying to resolve a similar personal problem at another site that I use a lot 20 years ago and don't know a password. I think I've got enough info to get it fixed. I'm going to try as a lot of $$'s are riding on getting it fixed.
