The owner said they are Beltville's, that came from Ontario, Canada. I live in Prince Edward Island. I am new to turkeys. Anyone familiar with this breed?

The breed is Turkey. You can read about the variety Beltsville Small White at The Livestock Conservancy.

The Beltsville Small Whites were the subject of the study on parthenogenesis in turkeys.
