Hi I am new to BYC but I have had my chickens for 17 months. I'd wanted chickens for years but was afraid my Jack Russell would eat them. Turns out he's not interested in them at all. That could be due to the fact the dog is 16 years old now. Anyway love all the info from BYC it's been my go-to site for all my inquiries.
Yes the Jack Russells. I have two. 14 and 13. The boy would still kill a chicken in a hot second. Precious dogs. What kind of chickens do you have? How many? Look forward to having you here on BYC! It's a great group.
Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Dogs and chickens typically don't mix well, and you're fortunate to have a dog who isn't interested in chasing your chickens.
