I am the proud mama hen to 6 children and have been married for 20 years next week. We've had chickens for about a year now--3 Black Jersey Giants. My daughter built and incubator for her agriculture class, and the chicks started hatching yesterday. I have been reading everything about hatching and caring for chicks and came across this website. So happy to have a place to come to learn about chickens!
