Hi my baby quill won't stand up

Hi it's been about a day and my baby quail just will not stand up and when he does try it looks like he's swimming can anyone help he can't drink or eat for anything.

I'm sorry to hear about your chick.
Do you have any photos of him?

Is he just hatched a day ago or was he initially o.k. then suddenly is having trouble?

Try giving him drops of sugar water or electrolytes one drop at a time letting him swallow in between drops.
If just hatched, sometimes things don't go as planned, hopefully he just hasn't found his legs and will improve.

If he isn't up on his feet by now I'd end it's suffering by cutting its head off.

Usually if 24 hours has gone by and the quail has not found its feet then it's probably messed up.
