I have a bunch of laying hens and 18 hobby birds. Three of which are ring-necked doves doves i was wondering if someone could give me info on lice and mites in doves because one of them looks like it has some feathers missing on one side of the head.

Food grade DE is good for mites and fleas on birds, but post in the Pigeons and Doves section also. It might be something else that's bothering her.
