Hi, new here...first "bumblefoot" experience

Good Mornin' Ya'll~
New here and had a question for you "bumblefoot" experts. What if you cant get ALL of the gunk out of the 'hole' in the pad of their feet? I still packed it with neosporin mixed with terramycin and loosely wrapped them...and put some of the terramycin in their water. I'm thinkin' it would help atleast get the healing process started. with the terramycin allowed to get into the bloodstream in two different forms, it will fight the infection...so, any thoughts or guidance for me?
