Hi new member here. I've also got a question

I have a question. I'm new to incubating and my first batch is hatching. I had 2 chicks hatch and was doing fine like chirping and stumbling around and stuff. Well I believe it was the 2nd chick that hatched out and within a few hrs later I checked on them and that one was dead.. can anyone tell what could of possibly happened to it

I am sorry for your loss. I am also sorry that I have no incubator experience, only hatches under a broody hen. I recommend you try posting your question on this forum: https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/5/incubating-hatching-eggs
