    Welcome to Backyard chickens. Please keep a tight rein on the dogs, they tend to love chickens in the wrong way.

    Lol that's what I hear. My neighbors golden is terrified of them but my friendly I love everything and everybody border collie might be too friendly. Or hungry. Not so worried about my 5 lb tea cup poodle.

    Yeah. Some dogs are great with chickens, like the great pyranees, but others, not so much!

    I'm getting chicks today and I don't want huge chickens they have ameraucanas black links Hamburg silvers and blu wyandottes any advice on combos or should I get just one variety
