My only thought, as I’m not as familiar with chicken diseases, is check her over very thoroughly for a missed puncture wound from claw or tooth. Something like that wouldn’t necessarily bleed much.

Cat and dog bites and claw wounds are also well known to create abscesses. What you describe sounds a lot like an infection developed over the time since the attack.

Thank you. I'm going to try the electrolytes and I'll give scrambled eggs a go, the not eating is really worrying me!

At this point I would be more worried about dehydration over her not wanting to eat. As long as she is still willing to drink and those electrolytes kick in, that may want her to start eating. As long as there is not some other underlying issues as @DobieLover explained.

you could also give her boiled eggs try to give her the yolk and white but mostly yolk
