Are you planning on processing your own meat birds?

Are you planning on processing your own meat birds?

I have never done it (or any other type of animal processing for that matter) so probably not (or at least not until I learn how).
I want to get set up and comfortable with chicken care first, and then decide how to proceed with meat birds. Ideally, eventually I think I want a self sustaining breed (vs just buying Cornish x to raise fast).
