Hi! New to BYC

Your chickens are close to 18 weeks. When they reach their 18th week, I would try them on either Kent 3459 Laying Feed or Nutrena NatureWise Layer Feed. My chickens have always liked either of these and I've had good reports on them from other chicken farmers as well.

Hopefully by the time they switch feed they'll eat properly. I don't think I've seen those brands where I live (Australia) but I'll have a proper look next time.

You mentioned having a bunny, when I first got chickens I was also given a bunny and advised to keep them together. This didn't work our for me. The bunny and chickens fought and the chickens ate the rabbit food and vice versa. I also read that rabbit urine in the coop is bad for the chickens. Needless to say I did end up separating the chickens and bunny.
This may not apply to you, but just passing my experience along!
Good luck and welcome!

Thanks for that, though it doesn't apply to me as I've always kept the rabbit separate from the chickens. He's an inside bunny and definitely thinks he's human! When the chicks were younger they were fairly indifferent to him, but now when they occasionally see him it looks like they want to peck his eyes out. So definitely keeping him apart!
