Hi, New to duck raising, having a BLAST!

Thanks everyone :) I checked craigslist 2 weeks ago and didn't find any babies, I know its late in the season but Ill check them again. Anyone have advice about introducing new ducklings to my group? My mallards are 7 months old and haven't started laying yet.
 
I wouldn't advise introducing them before at least 12 weeks old. I usually introduce them to each other during free ranging time so everyone has plenty of space. I've also divided the pen and let them meet each other through a fence so they can see each other but not touch.
