Hi everyone!!! we have about 40 chickens and live in Northern Texas :) I have black sexlink, silkie, phoenix, leghorns, turkens, flippin, cochin, and about 25 chicks that I'm not positive what they are gonna be :) We also have 4 ducks :) I absolutely love collecting eggs, talking to the girls :) and selling their eggs :) everyone loves them!!! My grandchildren have picked out their favorites :) I am looking forward to lots of helpful info from you guys!!!

I've heard of the other breeds you have but am scratching my head at what a" flippin" could be?
 
sorry, I always wanna call them Flippins but he is a frizzle :)

hi i just joined BYC i am a new chicken owner and have 2 chicks 2 hens 1 rooster and a 1 or 2 month old hen =]
