Hi new to raising silkies?

Are silkies hard to raise and if you are trying to make sure some young one are pullet size and want them to be healthy what are some of the things i need to do or get to make sure they are healthy?,like worming etc what type wormer would you give them for a start?I have had some people tell me there are 3 or 4 diffrent colors and it look as there are more in colorations.
