The toughest part about meat birds is processing them after you've raised them from day old chicks... I raise mine on a broiler mix 18% protein from beginning to end. Mine, spend their first three weeks in the brooder and then 35 days in an 8x8x2 tractor moving to fresh grass every day or twice a day.
