I have been reading here for a year or so, ever since I started writing letters to the city council to make it legal to have chickens in our city limits. (Ft Collins Colorado) I am thankful to the gentleman who really got this fight through, I was just a quiet supporter.
So now I am ridiculously in love with my girls. 5 chickens that I got for my birthday in March. I had a coop building party instead of a birthday party.
Just needing to branch out with information now, and needing a group of people who won't roll their eyes when I once again start a sentence with "my chickens...." lol! (My co-workers just think I am the goofiest person on the block)
Anyway, coming out of hiding and saying hello!
